Alpha College provides this online photo upload service so you can request your Student ID card and submit your digital photo in a much faster and convenient way.

– You must be registered for the semester and submit a photo (max. 3mb) that meets all requirements (you can read the requirements on the bottom of this page).

– A copy of your student ID card will be sent to your registered email with Alpha within 10 days.

Important: If your picture does not meet ALL requirements it won’t be accepted.

Photo Requirements

Make sure your photo meets the following requirements:

You should have a natural expression
Background must be plain white
No filters allowed (natural skin tones)
File has to be in JPG or PNG format
Photo must be taken in the last 6 months
No sunglasses allowed
Eyes should be open (looking at the camera)
No red eye or flash reflection
Don’t have any other person/object in the picture
Do not wear costumes or hats
Avoid shadows on the face or background
Head should be on focus and facing the camera

What types of files are accepted?

You can submit a digital photo in .jpg, .jpeg, and .png

What is the maximum size for my digital photo?

You can submit a photo of up to 3mb.

Can I wear headpieces?

Please, include headpieces only if worn daily for religious purposes

How long does it take to receive my ID?

Your Student ID card might take up to 10 business days to be sent to you.

Can I inform a different email than the one that is registered at Alpha?

No. You must inform the same email that is registered at Alpha College.

What is the expiry date of my card?

The expiry date o your Student ID card will depend on the length of your program.
